10.1 breaking changes

Every customer running Java 8, needs to install Java 21 on the machine and rerun the new Agent MSI to read from the correct Java 21 path that does not have to be the primary path. This will require uninstalling the old agent with the old MSI (or Modify program in Add or Remove Programs) and re-install the agent using the new MSI. The new MSI will actively search for the right Java path.
